The Automation & Controls Engineer will collaborate with senior engineers to develop and deploy PLC programs, design HMI and SCADA systems, and ensure the reliability of microgrid generation systems.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with Senior Engineers to develop, test and deploy programable Logic Controller (PLC) programs, ensuring seamless automation and control of electrical systems and equipment across various industrial settings

Designing intuitive Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and Supervisory Control Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, empowering operators to efficiently monitor and manage generation and industrial processes

Contributing to the design and development of hardware components, including sensors, actuators, and control systems, adhering to global industry standards and ensuring reliability and performance

Conducting rigorous testing and meticulous debugging of PLC programs and hardware systems, swiftly identifying and resolving issues to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Creating and maintain comprehensive documentation of PLC programs, hardware design, and systems configurations, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and streamlined project management

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assist in the execution of automation and control projects, providing technical support during the process of system integration, and post-implementation phases

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Automation, Control Systems, or related field
