Program Manager II, Data Analytics, Core

Responsibilities
Manage organizations headcount process including driving the headcount strategy, tracking and reporting on the progress towards those strategies, managing stakeholders, and adhering to Core guidance
Identify and implement operational efficiencies (e.g., manage utilization, eliminate non-productive activities, cross-site synergies, cross-operations synergies, reduce sub-scale operations via service consolidation, automation, deprecation)
Contribute to developing program roadmap, establishing program goals, coordinating resources to achieve long-term objectives with direction from leadership where needed
Manage workforce data and system hygiene, provide data-based insights that support decision making, and help define, land, and execute on key strategic priorities for the organization
Develop policies, processes, and reporting automation tools for workforce management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in program or project management
Experience with Data Analytics
Preferred
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience in consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
Experience using SQL or creating dashboards
