They are seeking a Growth Intern to support various growth initiatives, including building prospect lists, running outreach, onboarding customers, and nurturing relationships within their Startups Program.

Responsibilities
Research and build prospect lists for potential customers
Run outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.) and track responses
Join intro calls and support customer meetings
Help onboard new customers and make sure they’re successful
Nurture relationships in Waldium’s Startups Program
Experiment with different growth tactics and report on what works
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in startups, AI, and growth
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to hustle
Organized and reliable with follow-ups and task management
Preferred
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer success is a plus but not required
