Responsibilities

Develop business plans that include strategy and risk mitigation plans

Work with potential customers, listen to their feedback, and create a plan to successfully deliver on their business needs

Work with clients to understand their needs and business goals, then work to secure their trust and provide them with the appropriate PhaseZero solution

Maintain open channel of communication with customers and PhaseZero support and implementation teams to ensure all customer needs are being met

Required

Bachelor's degree

10 years of successful track record selling SaaS solutions to small and midsize businesses or enterprise businesses with automotive, manufacturing, or distribution industry experience preferred, with one or more leading ERP, Supply Chain, Finance & Accounting, CRM or other business software applications

Effective communication skills at all organizational levels, including written, oral, and presentation skills

Passionate and thrive in the fast-paced Silicon Valley innovation driven environments
