This role is responsible for ensuring the consistency and quality of the revenue cycle effort in assigned facilities, training Business Office Managers, and supporting facility operations.

Responsibilities
Assists in the recruiting and hiring of Business Office Managers
Trains BOM and BOA the technical knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their roles
Supervises the Business Office Managers, including evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed
Conducts touch base meetings with Business Office Managers on a regular basis, as assigned
Implements processes and procedures to ensure consistency in their facilities
Participates in annual RCM strategic planning
Attends monthly RCM review meeting to discuss performance of each facility, including the performance of BOMs and BOAs
Works with facility to improve billing processes, such as Triple Check and CSSR, etc
Makes recommendations that are seriously considered regarding the hiring, performance management, and termination of Business Office personnel
Performs exit report with site leadership after each visit
Visits each facility on a monthly basis
Completes month-end close with each facility
Maintains software and performs new facility and user setup
Able to travel locally and out of area as needed to support and consult with facilities, including overnight travel
Follows all HIPAA regulations
Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years in a facility BOM role
Preferred
Master's degree
