As a Lead Installer & Service Manager, you will install and service misting systems, lead a team of technicians, and ensure top-notch customer service while driving growth through community networking.

Responsibilities
Installing and servicing MosquitoNix custom misting systems and holiday lighting décor
Leading and motivating a team of service technicians
Ensuring best-in-class service across all customer touchpoints
Managing scheduling, routing, and team accountability
Hosting team training sessions and creating a culture of excellence
Driving growth through referral partnerships and community networking
Representing MosquitoNix at events and demonstrations
Conducting on-site inspections and delivering high-quality service with a personal touch
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in field service, home installation, construction, landscaping, or pest control
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to problem-solve and manage a dynamic schedule
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Tech-savvy with basic app and software use
Physically able to: Climb ladders and access roofs or attics
Physically able to: Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Physically able to: Work in various weather conditions
Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug screen
