Responsibilities
Deliver consulting, configuration, and training services on Bentley’s construction management applications to existing and new software users
Provide transition support between versions of Bentley Infrastructure Cloud applications
Configure Bentley Infrastructure Cloud applications to project specifications
Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and benchmarks
Perform software product training activities, project assessments, reviews, and audits
Collaborate with product development groups to continually improve the quality of the product based on user input
Serve as the primary liaison between the company and software users
Develop and conduct technical presentations for existing and prospective users
Create learning content in the form of written documentation, videos, and webinars
This role may involve traveling approximately 25% of the time
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing, planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects
Experience with Bentley software such as SYNCHRO, ProjectWise, or other related industry software
Advanced knowledge of SYNCHRO 4D Pro is required
Strong command of the English language with excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to learn and effectively demonstrate, configure, present training, and consult on Bentley construction management applications
Ability to work on significant professional services projects with little supervision and lead others when needed
Experience with and knowledge of construction workflows and best practices
Ability to travel internationally if required
Preferred
Spanish Speaking a plus
Experience with video production software like TechSmith's Camtasia® or equivalent Adobe tools
Experience with Design software such as Bentley Open products, Revit, Civil 3D and other related industry software
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Understanding of business risks and the impact on project delivery
