Responsibilities
Find businesses to sell and quarterback the deal from start to finish
Represent sellers and buyers in selling or purchasing a business
Achieve the goal of having 15 businesses to sell in 15 months
Build and foster relationships within the community
Advocate for the local small business community and become a trusted advisor
Manage the entire deal process and all parties involved
Focus on the main street to lower middle market, helping sell over 200 businesses each year
Provide mentorship and resources to clients
Qualification
Required
Candidates must obtain, at their own expense, a Colorado Real Estate license and be able to pass a full background check
