Civil Engineer Transportation Advanced - Southwest Region Project Development Section - Multiple Positions
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) is seeking Advanced level Civil Engineer Transportation positions to enhance the state's transportation infrastructure. The role involves acting as a Project Manager, overseeing design and construction phases, and ensuring project quality and compliance with federal funding requirements.

Responsibilities
Act as a Project Manager in all phases of the design and construction of transportation improvement projects
Conduct activities related to scoping, developing, monitoring, and reporting project schedules, budgets, issues and resources necessary for the delivery of multiple design project plans, specifications and estimates (PSE) and construction project administration
Have primary responsibility for overall project quality
Responsible for the oversight and delivery of the Local Program
Oversee and manage the activities carried out by department and consultant staff and ensure all requirements to utilize federal funds are followed in the design phase
Qualification
Required
A valid Professional Engineering registration and be able to obtain a Wisconsin PE registration within 3 months if PE registration is from another state
