Child Care Programs Manager
YMCA of Collier County is dedicated to building programs that strengthen families and enrich children’s lives. The Child Care Programs Manager will lead a team focused on nurturing growth and creating a welcoming environment for children and families in after school programs while inspiring staff and driving excellence.

Responsibilities
Lead a team committed to nurturing growth and supporting staff development
Create a welcoming environment for every child and family in our After school programs
Inspire staff, engage children, and drive excellence in every group setting
Oversee and elevate School Age programs across Collier County
Encourage creativity and innovation in program development
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 21 years old or older
Must have reliable transportation
Must be available Monday-Friday from 2-6:30pm and one Saturday per month from 9:30-12:30 for staff development
Must have the state mandated DCF child care 45 hours
Must have excellent time management skills and be able to manage people and children
Must be proficient with computer programs (word, excel, power point, canva, etc.)
Must be able to manage and maintain a program budget
Must be able to lead with purpose and innovation
Must be able to communicate effectively
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English fluently
Must be passionate about working with youth and making a community impact
Must be able to pass a National Background Screening in accordance with Florida DCF childcare employee standards
Preferred
Staff Credential and Director Credential (preferred) or be willing to obtain within first year of hire
Previous experience in child care or working with youth preferred
