Escort guests to their table and present menus
Take reservations and manage the waitlist
Understand the menus and cocktail service in detail
Provide excellent customer service to guests
Work in a high-volume environment
Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Answer multiple phone lines and take accurate messages
Operate POS system to process payments and manage orders if needed
Maintain a clean and organized host stand area
Qualification
Required
1 year of customer service experience
Ability to work in a high-volume environment
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work multiple phone lines
Ability to operate POS system
