Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Intelligence, Industrial/Organization Psychology, Statistics, or related field
Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases
Experience using Power BI (or equivalent BI tools) to create reports and dashboards
Exposure to Python or R for analytics/modeling
Experience creating predictive modeling
Familiarity with HRIS systems or workforce-related datasets
