Responsibilities
This position will train and work with the Molding and Engineering Teams on assigned projects. This will be driven by OEE and other internal cost structures
This position will be required to work on cross functional teams
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Plastics Engineering Technology and has completed their sophomore or junior year by the summer of 2026
Ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
Excellent communication, verbal, presentations and written
Must be able to work and act in a professional manner with all levels of team members in the organization
Benefits
Relocation and housing assistance will be provided for candidates located outside of the Kansas City Metropolitan area.
