Responsibilities

Read and follow installation drawings accurately
Install exterior cladding material, insulation, and zee furring channels with quality and efficiency
Seal joints and penetrations using caulking and waterproofing techniques
Conduct safety checks on equipment and maintain OSHA compliance
Identify and address safety hazards to prevent incidents
Troubleshoot on-site issues and coordinate with the Foreman or Superintendent
Travel will be required, including out-of-state assignments

Required

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to obtain an OSHA certification and complete all safety training
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in using digital tools like iPads on job sites
Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, kneel, and navigate rough terrain
Work at heights on platforms, lifts, scaffolds, and stairs
Daily exposure to outdoor construction site conditions
