Responsibilities

Handle select accounts independently and autonomously

Pitch and place coverage for clients in top-tier publications

Lead and direct all program efforts to ensure client satisfaction

Oversee operational performance of accounts, ensuring quality work, deadlines, and budget adherence

Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to junior staff

Play major role in creation of communications plans and goals

Address client issues thoughtfully and effectively

Consistently produce high quality internal and external communications content

Contribute to business growth through introducing clients to new capabilities, building network of industry contacts and participating in relevant professional organizations

Develop and execute high-quality programs and campaigns from conception to execution to results
