Responsibilities

Manage search process

Generate candidate pipeline leveraging existing resources (e.g. Eurofins ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter suite, social media, databases and any other open sources) and pro-actively identify new ones

Approach, engage & pre-screen candidates

Deliver profiles ready for interviews

Conduct market searches & mapping

Maintain data quality and accuracy on the company’s internal database

Required

Bachelor Degree

One to two years of talent sourcing experience from an executive search firm or corporate environment

Know-how and mastery of direct sourcing tools

Proven record of personal responsibility, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to details

Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of emotional intelligence, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships with colleagues and candidates

Fluent in English
