Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with key construction professionals
Educate and train end-users and specifiers on engineered wood products
Promote APA member products through in-person and virtual meetings, seminars and trade shows
Investigate product performance in the field and provide technical insights
Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
Serve as a subject matter expert for specific product types or market segments

Qualification

Technical sales experienceConstructionDegree in engineeringEnergy-efficient constructionTech-savvyWritten communication skillsVerbal communication skillsRelationship-building skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, wood sciences, or related field preferred
Experience in technical sales, marketing, or construction related industries
Knowledge of energy-efficient construction is a plus
Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
