Enterprise Mobility is offering a Management Trainee Internship aimed at university/college students, providing them with real-world professional experience and valuable business and leadership skills. Interns will engage in various management tasks, develop marketing strategies, and build customer relationships in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

Learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management
Take on the same challenges as first and second year full-time professionals
Manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers
Complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with peers

Qualification

Sales experienceCustomer service experienceLeadership experienceMarketing experienceTeam collaboration

Required

Current college/university student graduating with Bachelors Degree in May 2026
Must have 6 months (can be non-concurrent) of sales or customer service or marketing or leadership experience
Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years
No drug or alcohol related conviction(DWI/DUI) on driving record within the past 5 years
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must be available to start February 10th, 2026 and attend New Hire Orientation February 13th, 2026
Must have the availability to work 25 hours per week for a 10-12 week commitment
