The program offers strategic assignments and mentorship from senior leaders, preparing associates for officer-level positions after three years of rotational experience.

Responsibilities

LDP associates participate in four to six rotations over the three-year program that provide a strategic perspective of the major business units that comprise Western & Southern Financial Group

Typical assignments include: investments, financial analysis, due diligence, strategic planning and innovative technology solutions

Each assignment provides you ownership of the most demanding and leading-edge projects in Western & Southern Financial Group

Our LDP program is small and select, and LDP associates receive a generous share of our senior leaders' time and attention

You report directly to the most senior officer responsible for your assigned operation

In addition, a member of senior leadership is selected as your coach and mentor - your advocate throughout the program - to ensure your experiences effectively prepare you for a leadership role

After successfully completing three years of rotational assignments throughout Western & Southern Financial Group's family of companies, LDP associates are promoted to officer-level positions

Placement is based on your career interests and passions as well as organizational needs

Performs other duties as assigned
