Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones

Project Management: Visit and inspect new and ongoing projects, manage them effectively, and create accurate project estimates using Xactimate and our internal CRM

Contract Management: Handle paperwork, secure signed contracts for new projects, and follow up on potential projects

Communication: Maintain constant communication with customers, office staff, supervisors, and the labor department to address customer requests, issues, and complaints

Professional Development: Schedule inspections, attend educational workshops, classes, and required software training courses to stay updated with industry knowledge

Certification Maintenance: Keep certifications current for estimating and managing demo/abatement/remediation projects

Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with customers
