Run steady-state and/or dynamic studies across multiple North American markets
Translate results into clear, actionable recommendations for clients
Qualification
Required
5+ years in transmission planning, grid studies, or interconnection (consulting, utility, ISO/RTO, developer, etc.)
Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering
Hands-on experience running studies with PSSE
Working knowledge of ISO/RTO processes and criteria across MISO, SPP, ERCOT, CAISO, NYISO, or ISO-NE
Previous hands on experience running dynamic, steady-state, or stability studies
Excellent technical writing and client-facing communication skills
Preferred
Proficiency with Python for data handling, automation, and QA is a plus
