Responsibilities

Drive New Customer Acquisition: Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across targeted verticals and enterprise customers
C-Suite Engagement: Build relationships and lead high-level discussions with senior decision-makers to understand business needs and align Sealed Air’s value proposition
Strategic Pipeline Development: Build and manage a healthy pipeline that sustains a minimum of 3X the annual growth goal, using a mix of self-sourced leads and company-generated insights
Consultative Selling: Uncover customer challenges and align solutions that combine Sealed Air’s packaging technologies, services, and sustainability-focused innovations
Cross-Functional Leadership: Orchestrate internal and external stakeholders across engineering, product, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless execution from opportunity to close
Performance Accountability: Consistently exceed sales targets, strategic objectives, and MBOs as defined by the division leader
Tool & Budget Stewardship: Efficiently utilize CRM, prospecting tools, and manage travel/expense budgets to maximize ROI

Required

Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field) – or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, with a strong preference for experience in: Industrial packaging, automation, materials, or logistics; Selling to complex, matrixed organizations; Developing greenfield opportunities from scratch; Managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Proven ability to: Build executive-level relationships and drive strategic conversations; Navigate and influence within complex customer environments; Drive deals from discovery through negotiation and contract closure; Deliver compelling value propositions tailored to customer-specific pain points
Strong Business Acumen: Ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes
Excellent Communication: Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
Self-Starter: Highly motivated, organized, and results driven. Able to set priorities and work independently
Team Player: Able to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment
