The role involves developing project plans, assisting the planning manager, and participating in project execution while receiving mentorship from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
Assist in developing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Coordinate meetings and facilitate effective communication among project team members
Prepare or file documents related to the project
Collect and collate data to track performance
Conduct research and assist in preparing written documents
Analytical Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret production data and provide actionable insights
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work with complex data and ensure precision in reporting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate with cross-functional teams
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Junior or Senior standing or enrolled in a Master's program
Must be available to work 40 hours per week onsite
Current Engineering or Business student at a 4-year university with a graduation date between December, 2026 and December, 2027
