Draft, review, and prepare pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and other legal documents

Assist in the preparation of cases for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial

Manage case files and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in electronic and physical formats

Track deadlines and ensure timely filings in compliance with court rules

Coordinate with clients, experts, witnesses, and court personnel

Conduct factual and legal research as needed

Support attorneys with trial exhibits, witness binders, and case strategy preparation
