Maintenance Supervisor - Horizon West/Orlando, FL
Davis Development is a privately owned luxury apartment developer and property management company with over 25 years in the industry. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure living environment, overseeing the maintenance team, managing work orders, and ensuring properties are move-in ready.

Responsibilities
Performs all maintenance tasks for units and equipment
Oversees entire Maintenance Team
Manages work orders to ensure they are completed in a timely manner
Confirms apartments are updated and move-in ready
Performs all mechanical walks for construction
Monitors inventory and orders supplies as needed
Schedules vendors and contractors and works side-by-side with construction to address any issues
Uses expert knowledge to abide by pertinent laws and EPA and OSHA regulations governing proper storage and management of hazardous materials
Inspects the condition of physical properties throughout the community and corrects unsafe conditions
Qualification
Required
Two or more years of maintenance experience in multi-family property management strongly preferred
EPA, OSHA, Fair Housing, and pool certification required
Effective verbal and written communication skills via all communication channels
Ability to lift equipment and appliances up to 50 lbs
Must be able to take calls for emergency requests
Must have a valid driver's license and daily transportation for getting supplies and other duties
Will drive a golf cart
Work over 40 hours per week as business needs deem appropriate
