Address investor finance-related inquiries

Support SPV finance processes, including capital calls, reporting, tax, and audits

Assist with tax compliance, including K-1 and return reviews

Contribute to ad-hoc analysis and special projects

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting, tax, or related field

3–5+ years in asset management auditing/accounting, with at least 2 years in VC or PE
