U-Haul International is seeking a French Bilingual Callback Agent for a part-time work-from-home position. The role involves following up on warm leads, assisting customers with U-Haul products and services, and playing a crucial part in the company's sales success.

Follow up on warm leads
Overcome objections
Utilize programs to reach out to customers
Make outbound calls and answer incoming calls to assist customers with quoting rental rates
Meet all quality-related metrics and goals
Act in a courteous and friendly manner while serving the customer

Qualification

Required

Fluency in both French and English
Basic keyboarding and computer skills
Ability to navigate and use multiple computer programs at once
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Clear speaking voice
General knowledge of U.S. geography
Willingness to incorporate feedback to constantly improve performance
Previous sales experience a plus
Weekend availability is required
Must be available to work at least 25 hours a week during the winter months and 32 hours during summer months
Working holidays are required in order to provide support for our customers year-round
You must have a quiet, private work area
Dependent and child-care arrangements must be made as if you were working in-person at a U-Haul facility
All work duties, including initial education, must be performed at your home address
Windows 11 required
16GB (Minimum) of RAM/memory or higher (Recommended: 32GB)
Processor must have CPU benchmark score of 6,000 (Minimum) or higher (Recommended: 10,000)
SSD internal storage with 5GB (Minimum) free space
Webcam (external or built in)
USB headset (wired)
Ping under 100
50MB (Minimum) download speed (Recommended: 100MB)
5MB (Minimum) upload speed (Recommended: 10MB)

Preferred

Part-Time positions available - 32 hours preferred
