Arconic is currently in search of a Senior Process Engineer to join our Finishing Department in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will ensure operations run safely and efficiently, lead process improvements, and collaborate with various teams to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

Responsibilities

Lead process and equipment reliability improvements to meet plant goals

Implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime

Manage capital and expense projects from concept through execution

Partner with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to solve complex challenges

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and develop long-term solutions for critical issues

Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Stay ahead of industry best practices and introduce new technologies to enhance reliability

Required

Bachelor's Degree in a technical field, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

3+ years of process engineering experience in a metals manufacturing environment OR 5 years of process engineering experience

Proficient with AutoCAD or similar CAD software

Able to work flexible hours as required
