The Head of Installation will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all installation aspects, managing a team of Construction Project Managers to ensure project success and compliance with specifications.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall timelines

Coordinate with the Logistics team as needed on all shipping, import, and delivery logistics as required to ensure seamless project delivery

Lead and participate in coordination meetings with clients, installers, stakeholders, contractors, and project design teams

Address installation questions and provide on-the-ground problem-solving as needed

Inspect and document ongoing construction to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and guidelines

Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle including management of Construction Project Managers

Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and resolutions

Communicate with external stakeholders, such as developers, general contractors, architects, and facade consultants
