Responsibilities
Build deep expertise in clients’ businesses by analyzing first-party customer data, website activity, and Epsilon’s proprietary datasets to inform smarter media strategies
Collaborate with clients and cross-functional partners to design solutions that achieve marketing and growth objectives
Translate complex analytics into clear, compelling stories that demonstrate the impact of Epsilon’s platform and capabilities
Develop measurement strategies, including test designs and frameworks, tailored to client needs
Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on product-supported measurement (e.g., closed-loop sales, incrementality testing), setting the bar for best-in-class standards
Write and communicate detailed technical requirements to guide teams in executing analytics plans
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field
10+ years of relevant industry experience with a proven ability to manage and grow analytics teams
Proficient in data tools such as SAS, SQL, and Tableau, with hands-on experience analyzing and interpreting complex datasets
Strong communicator who can translate data into actionable strategies and influence decision-making
Collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environments and is passionate about mentoring and developing talent
