They are seeking multiple enthusiastic and responsible front desk concierges to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
Greet guests and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
Provide information about the facility and services
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs
Maintain the security of the premises by monitoring access points
Perform administrative tasks as needed, including managing reservations and scheduling appointments
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Assist with food and packages delivery
Communicate with management effectively
Handle guest requests, complaints, or concerns promptly and effectively
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a front desk role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
Strong problem-solving abilities and abilities to stay calm under pressure
Clean and well-polished appearance, with a professional business attire standard. This includes a black blazer, black shirt and tie along with black slacks and black dress shoes
