The role involves developing technical solutions, scopes, budgets, and presentations, while collaborating with sales and project executives to ensure project success from initial engagement through delivery.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales and Project Executives to progress opportunities from early client engagement through signed contract
Develop Basis of Design documents, draft scopes, and project budgets
Assist with high-level project schedules, utility assessments, and early risk identification
Prepare polished proposals, including Excel budgets, presentations, and visuals that communicate BlastOne’s unique solutions
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to secure competitive pricing
Participate in client meetings, documenting action items and ensuring timely follow-up
Support Project Executives in maintaining continuity from pre-construction into project delivery

Qualification

Pre-construction experienceBlueprint interpretationProject managementCost budgetingMicrosoft Office SuitePMP/PMI certificationPresentation skillsCommunication skillsTeam collaboration

Required

5+ years of experience in pre-construction, estimating, or project management in industrial/construction settings
Strong technical aptitude with a design/build background
Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, submittals, and engineering drawings
Skilled in developing cost budgets, schedules, and proposal documents
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with confidence in front of clients and executives
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

PMP/PMI certification preferred
Procore and 3D modeling experience a plus
