Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers and customer success to deeply understand customer’s workflows, pain points, and technical requirements
Design and deploy customized solutions that integrate Nuvo's platform with customer systems, ensuring seamless adoption and performance
Design and build custom features for Nuvo’s largest, most complicated customers that solve their most pressing problems
Work cross-functionally with customer success, product, engineering, and business teams to shape Nuvo’s roadmap based on field insights
Utilize the best tool necessary to build connectivity between core business systems
Serve as a trusted technical partner to customers, helping them maximize the value of Nuvo’s products
Qualification
Required
A strong background in software engineering or computer science
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in ambiguous, high-stakes environments
A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
A drive to figure out the best way to solve problems. You've hacked systems together quickly and are deeply resourceful
A passion for fast execution and continuous improvement
The ability to thrive in an early-stage company, taking ownership and moving quickly to deliver impact
You are curious about the technology landscape and are deeply aware of advancements in engineering techniques, systems and tooling
Preferred
Background in working with enterprise customers, integrations, or B2B platforms
Previous experience in founding, founding engineering, solution engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role
