Program Coordinator – Apple Ecosystem and Swift Training Program
America On Tech (AOT) is a national nonprofit preparing the next generation of technology leaders from underestimated communities. They are seeking a Program Coordinator to support the planning, operations, and execution of the Apple Ecosystem and Swift Training Program, serving as the primary point of contact for students, instructors, and partners to ensure seamless program delivery.
Non-profit Organization Management
Responsibilities
Manage in-person sessions and provide instructors with administrative and classroom support
Manage calendars, class schedules, and room reservations at BMCC
Coordinate with instructors to ensure course materials, devices, and classrooms are prepared
Track student attendance and program participation
Assist with outreach and enrollment of BMCC students and community members
Serve as the primary contact for student inquiries
Support students with wraparound services (resume prep, career coaching referrals, access to HF/AOT services)
Collect and maintain program data for evaluation and reporting
Liaise with program partners (Apple, HF, and BMCC) to align on deliverables
Prepare evaluation summaries
Identify and escalate challenges promptly to AOT leadership
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in program coordination, nonprofit program management, or education administration
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using technology tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
Commitment to equity and supporting underrepresented students in technology
Preferred
Experience working in education, workforce development, or nonprofit program delivery
Familiarity with Apple devices and applications
Experience coordinating with multiple institutional partners
