As a Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney, you will manage all aspects of clients' Work Comp matters and supervise non-attorney staff to ensure compliance with Workers’ Compensation laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
Proactively communicating with clients to provide updates and claim status
Interacting and negotiating with insurance companies
Drafting case materials, correspondence, pleadings, motions, settlement agreements and other legal documents as required
Ensure accuracy of all documents prepared
Comply with all legal standards and regulations
Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and other various proceedings
Qualification
Required
MUST have an active Bar license in Missouri and Kansas
Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment
Exceptional organizational, prioritization and time-management skills
Committed to providing superb responsive and compassionate client service
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs – Excel, Word, SharePoint, etc
Outstanding communication and interpersonal relations
