Gather and analyze data to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into functional requirements
Document business processes, workflows, and system specifications
Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to share findings and recommendations
Work with technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements
Support project planning, monitoring, and implementation
Identify automation and optimization opportunities
Validate solutions through testing and stakeholder feedback
