Responsibilities

Manage people, processes and systems Customer centric with the ability to develop business relationships with Sales and our Partners

Contribute to formulation of strategy and business plan

Contribute to KPI development and implement SLAs; track performance of each

Timely resolution of processing exceptions

Participate in special projects as needed

Take ownership for people management and development

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Communicate and collaborate with Partner(s)

Coach and mentor team members

Accountable for creating and providing updates and reports to Partners

Training

Adherence to Compliance/Policies and Procedures

Allocate resources based on peak business periods

Authorize booking of transactions beyond authority of members

Establish member authority levels and processes to minimize exceptions

Authorize documentation exceptions beyond authority of members

Source and hire new team members
