Responsibilities

Serve as strategic point of contact for Workday between HR, Finance, and Technology teams

Be a consultative partner to business leaders, helping to identify ways to improve how we work through better system design

Lead our governance process, roadmap planning, and resource coordination for Workday

Manage feature releases, system updates, and ensure they’re aligned to business needs

Evaluate and recommend system changes or enhancements based on business priorities

Lead and mentor our Workday support team, balancing everyday support with bigger strategic initiatives

Help and configure Workday Platform

Keep system documentation up-to-date and make it easy for others to understand

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team
