Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for data-driven solutions
Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth data analysis, leveraging advanced statistical techniques and data visualization tools to uncover valuable insights
Solution Development: Develop and implement innovative data-driven solutions to address business challenges and drive growth
Storytelling and Communication: Effectively communicate complex findings to diverse audiences, including executives, sales teams, and technical personnel
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and delivering results on time
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data practitioners, product owners, technologists, and customers to achieve shared goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering)
5+ years of experience in data analysis within client-facing consulting role(s)
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Strong storytelling skills - exhibiting data in slide form
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Preferred
Advanced degree in a quantitative field
Experience in a professional services consulting role
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, AWS)
Experience with product management or product ownership
Experience in Human Resources, Background Screening, and/or People Analytics
A passion for data and a desire to make a significant impact
