Solutions Consulting Intern

They are seeking a motivated Solutions Consulting Intern to support strategic accounts through research and collaboration, while gaining hands-on experience in pre-sales delivery and customer success.

Responsibilities
Conduct account research to determine or estimate key business performance indicators (KPIs) such as average deal size, annual opportunity pipeline volume for a subset of Highspot’s strategic and enterprise accounts
Document these findings in Salesforce CRM
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and CSM Leadership to make this data available for customer conversations
Record enablement videos and build other collateral to help drive CSM adoption of the solution
Help establish a feedback and improvement loop to refine both data and our value delivery process
Join conversations with existing customers to see how the data and content developed is delivered and received to further inform your feedback loop
Partner with the Solutions Consulting team to learn about our demo environments and flows, while shadowing prospect and customer-facing demos to gain exposure to the pre-sales process
Qualification
Required
Interest in B2B sales, customer success, or solution consulting
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively across teams
Analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize and connect business data
Accountable for own results with a strong drive and a 'do what it takes' work ethic
Eager to learn, proactive, and excited to be part of a fast-paced, innovative company
Preferred
Familiarity with ChatGPT and other financial reporting assets (e.g. 10K, Company Annual Reports)
