Undergo an initial 14-week training in operations management
Participate in four rotational assignments, each lasting for 6 months, in areas such as Logistics, Sourcing, Planning, Samples, Integrated Customer Care, and Business Solutions
Gain practical experience through real positions that require fast learning skills
Hone communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills while navigating daily complexities of supply chain management
Apply learned skills and connect with people to gain leadership development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
Ability to Relocate
Internship / General Work Experience
Basic supply chain knowledge
Proficient in basic computer skills and technologies
Analytical & cross-functional mindset
Ability to turn data into insights
