Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable

Strong self-starter mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Ability to foster relationships with existing and new clients/members

Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce)

Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptions

Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information
