Responsibilities

Drive product launches end-to-end: positioning, messaging, channel strategy, campaign execution
Build launch frameworks that are repeatable, scalable, and adaptable
Lead cross-functional coordination across Product, Eng, Design, DevRel, Sales, and Comms
Translate technical product updates into developer-first storytelling across formats (web, docs, video, etc.)
Partner with community leaders, creators, and press to amplify our launches
Continuously refine positioning by listening to devs, analyzing usage, and watching competitors

Required

Proven success leading product launches in fast-moving environments
Developer tools experience and familiarity with how engineers evaluate and adopt products
Strong cross-functional leadership, including direct work with Product, Eng, Marketing, and Execs
Experience crafting product stories across formats and mediums (web, video, social, demos)
Hands-on experience with AI tools and a grasp of how developers use AI
Strong understanding of developer ecosystems, including how to activate communities, influencers, and press

Deep empathy for developers and how they evaluate and use tools and AI
Project management under tight timelines
Taste and creativity to make launches stand out
Clear, punchy copywriting across channels
