The Service Project Manager is responsible for overseeing service projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules

Create and implement parts procurement plans

Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans

Lead initial project kick-off meetings with internal teams and customers

Manage customer onboarding and ensure a seamless transition into the service process

Oversee projects to ensure they stay within budget and on schedule

Develop and process change orders as necessary

Conduct weekly project update meetings with the WCY team

Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of at least 85%

Required

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marine Technology, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the marine, construction, or manufacturing industries

Strong project management and organizational skills

Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
