Greet guests warmly as they arrive at the resort
Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a fast-paced, luxury setting
Manage traffic flow at the grand hotel entrance
Provide directions, answer guest questions, and offer local insights
Maintain a clean, welcoming valet area
Communicate clearly with teammates and support smooth operations
Arrive on time, in uniform, ready to deliver exceptional service
Qualification
Required
A passion for guest service and hospitality
Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no more than 3 violations in 3 years)
Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs
Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork mindset
Willingness to complete a background check
