They are seeking an MRI Technologist to operate imaging equipment, ensure patient safety, and maintain accurate medical records while providing compassionate care to patients.

Responsibilities

Maintain and adjust imaging equipment

Calibrate MRI (MRA) consoles and peripheral hardware

Operate injectors with proficiency

Ensure patient safety using aseptic injection techniques and appropriate pre-screening

Address patient concerns throughout the procedure

Flush IV lines post-contrast injection

Accurately follow physician orders for imaging areas

Prepare patients for procedures, including medical history review and answering procedural questions

Shield exposed areas of the body to protect the patient during imaging

Attach physiological monitoring leads as necessary

Provide headphones for patient comfort

Properly position patients for imaging

Maintain accurate patient medical records

Perform other duties as assigned
