Responsibilities
Lead the technical strategy and architecture blockchain infrastructure
Oversee the development and implementation of our AI and gaming technologies
Guide the technical team in building scalable and secure decentralized solutions
Establish technical standards and best practices across the organization
Collaborate with other co-founders to align technical direction with business goals
Make key technical decisions regarding platforms, tools, and frameworks
Manage and mentor the technical team while fostering innovation
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in software development and architecture
Extensive experience with blockchain technology and Web3 development
Strong background in AI/ML technologies and their practical applications
Proven experience in gaming technology and development
Track record of leading complex technical projects and teams
Deep understanding of cybersecurity and cryptography principles
Experience with scalable distributed systems and cloud architecture
Preferred
Previous experience as a technical co-founder or CTO
Experience in developing blockchain solutions
Knowledge of educational technology and learning platforms
Published research or patents in relevant technical fields
Active participation in technology communities and conferences
