Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads through market research and analysis
Develop sales presentations and proposals tailored to specific client needs
Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Assist in maintaining and updating CRM systems with accurate sales data
Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement
Create compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms
Manage social media campaigns and monitor performance, providing regular reports on key metrics
Identify and engage with key influencers and potential clients on social media
Stay up to date on social media trends and best practices
Conduct social listening to understand trends and customer sentiment
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities
Analyze customer demographics, behavior, and preferences to inform marketing strategies
Provide insights into market segmentation and target audience identification
Collaborate with the growth team to identify and evaluate new business opportunities
Analyze data to support the development of growth strategies and initiatives
Provide insights into customer acquisition and retention
Elicit, document, and manage business requirements for revenue, growth, and marketing initiatives
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating concepts into clear and concise language
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
Experience in a sales support, marketing, or social media role - internship experience meets this requirement
Strong understanding of sales principles and practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in social media platforms and tools
Ability to create engaging social media content
Strong understanding of market research and competitive analysis
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with CRM platforms is a plus

Preferred

Experience with social media analytics tools
Knowledge of digital marketing and content creation
Experience in the outsourcing or student employment sector is a plus
