They are seeking a Systems Support Engineer / IT Administrator to enhance the technology experience for employees, manage network and surveillance systems, and ensure effective vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

Support the technology experience of all Maddox employees and partners

Administer network, surveillance, and building access control systems

Handle vendor management and administration of industry software

Respond to internal user support requests with timely resolutions

Provide users with access to systems and troubleshoot software and hardware failures

Coordinate with external support teams and vendors

Solve both documented and novel problems within various 3rd party systems

Replace faulty equipment and maintain a fleet of devices across the business

Ensure networks are online and facilities are secured by functional surveillance and access control systems

Set up new users and change access permissions as roles change
