Quattro, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Joint SOF Trainer to provide training and exercise support to U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). The role involves maintaining functional currency in SOF training requirements, supporting exercise design, scenario scripting, and key staff role playing.

Responsibilities

Maintain functional currency and relevancy and awareness of SOF and Joint Enterprise training requirements through constant research of past and current operations, directives, and instructions

Support exercise design, JELC planning, scenario scripting, key staff role playing, training, and observations

Required

Associate's degree with 15 years experience working in SOF //OR// prior (E8-E9, CW4-CW5, O4-O6) with 10 years experience working in SOF

Current, active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain SCI eligibility

Prior Air Planning experience in either the USAF, USN, USA, or USMC, with operational knowledge of air planning guidance

Minimum 10 years of operational-strategic special operations experience

Minimum of 4 years of recent experience serving in a command, senior enlisted advisor, or primary staff billet in a SOF (USSOCOM/TSOC), Service, Joint Staff, OSD, or 2-4 Star level Service/GCC HQs within the past 5 years

Minimum of 5 years' experience with the Joint Training System (joint exercise planning management)

Minimum of 4 years of experience in joint operations and operational-strategic level SOF planning and operations

Minimum of 4 years' experience in Operational Design

Minimum of 4 years' experience directly interfacing with senior staff (O5/O6 and GOFO) at the TSOCs, Components, GCCs, Services, Interagency

Excellent presentation, communication, and organization skills

Ability to support periodic travel in support of conferences and exercise events up to 120+ days a year

Professional proficiency in English is required

Valid driver's license (proof of which will be required after hire) and ability to qualify for and maintain company liability insurance through a clean driving record

Ability to access federal facilities in compliance with Real ID
